He was predeceased by: his children, Thomas F. Kelly and Susan T. Kelly; and his son-in-law Michael J. Murray. He is survived by: his wife Audrey M. Kelly of Oceanport; his children, Maureen Henderson of Manahawkin and Eugene R. Kelly, Jr.; his wife Kristine of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kyle, Justine, Colette, George and John; his great grandchild Alhana; and also, Audrey Murray of Westfield and Michael Kelly (Nicole).
