Vaughan Jr. of Oceanport, New Jersey, born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Vaughan Sr. and Constance Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Vaughan; his children, Corey and Megan; his children-in-law, Kimberley and Pete; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Abby and Samantha; and his brother David (Rebekah).
