She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Balletta and Salvatore Balletta; and her brother Jerry (Helen Balletta). She is survived by: her husband Edmond R. Day; her son Anthony; her daughter-in-law Laura Day of Towson, MD.; her grandchildren, Aaron, Ethan and Olivia Day; her sister Ann Van Brunt; and her nieces and nephews, Carrie Ann (John Giroux), Carol Calligy, Sal, Regina Balletta, Geri and Stan Subjinski.
