He was predeceased by: his wife Gabriela Duch (Grocholski); and his brother Zdyszbek Duch. He is survived by: his daughter Gabriela; his son-in-law Timothy Dempsey; his sister Hala Kowalaski; his sister-in-law Hala Duch; and his grandchildren, Madyson, Chase and Charlotte.
