He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Williams (Michael Williams); his grandchildren, Gregory and Amanda; and his sister Brona Cohen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.

“Lenny was more than a boss, he was the father figure I never had. He truly cares about his employees as if they were his real family members. I met Lenny when I was 17 right out of high school and he always made me laugh with his one liners. He showed me a lot of tough love and I didn't realize how much I really loved, admired and respected him and I'm really going to miss knowing he is not around anymore. He really made Delta the best place to work.”
