With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Durkin (Ocean, New Jersey), born in Neptune, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by : her parents, Patsy Isiola and Anna Isiola; her sisters, Carol Isiola and Patty Guirk; and her daughter Lisa Durkin Dolan.

She is survived by : her husband John Durkin; her son John Durkin (Joyce Cataldo); and her grandchildren, Tyler Durkin, Jordan Durkin, Madison Dolan and Riley Dolan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fiore-Buckley Funeral Home (236 Monmouth Rd, Oakhurst, NJ 07755). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (800 Ocean Ave N, Long Branch, NJ 07740). A burial was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at the St. Anne's Cemetery (1610 Allenwood Rd, Wall Township, NJ 07719).
