He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Theodora and Rose Theodora. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Charles "Chuck" Theodora, Jr. (Cheryl) and Amy Theodora Kipnis (Robie); his brother Samuel Theodora (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Brenden Kipnis, Skyler (Victor Olimpio), Catrina and Chelsea Kipnis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
