Marie J. Ruggia Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie J. Ruggia (Ocean View, New Jersey), born in Dorchester, New Jersey, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Sr.; and her son Joseph, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Karen Lynch (late Kieran), Dana and Michael (Seia); and her daughter-in-law Jean (late Joseph Jr.). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo (644 South Shore Rd., Palermo, NJ 08223).
