She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Meskers and Emma Meskers; and her sister Josephine Swansen. She is survived by: her brother Ted Meskers, Jr. (Patti); her children, James Newcomb III (Donna) and Kathleen Lucas; her nieces and nephews, Bo Swansen (Jill) and Sandy Staiger; her aunt Dot Wigglesworth; her uncle William Morrow; and also Emmie Joe.
