He was predeceased by: his daughter Virginia Prescott; and his brother Allan Green. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Green; his children, Elizabeth Koroluk (Walter) and Jack R. Green (Valerie); his brother Barry Green (Gloria); his grandchildren, Jenifer Green Grigg (Paul), Jack Green (Michelle), Mark Prescott, Richard Jarrett and Matthew Koroluk; and his great grandchildren, Adriana Green, Jack R. Green and Maxwell James Grigg.
