We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 90, Harriet Ellen Best Sweeton of Ocean Grove, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Best and Tina Best; and her sister MaryAnn Murphy. She is survived by: her sons, George and David; her daughter-in-law Carolyn; her grandchildren, Jon, Sam and Kayla; and her nieces, Lisa, MaryJo and Susan.
