William Joseph Alexander Obituary

We bid farewell to William Joseph Alexander of Ocean City, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2025 at the age of 85. William Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barton Alexander and Florence Elsie Bissmann; his daughter Susan Louise Alexander; and his wife Carolyn Welch. He is survived by: his son Robert William (Rebecca) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Katherine and Alexander; his son James Brian of New Albany; his granddaughter Gabrielle Alexander; his daughter Joy Carolyn Thomas (J. R.) of Linwood, NJ; his grandchildren, William Daley and Grace Daley; and his stepgrandchildren, Cassidy, Charlotte and Carson Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Collingswood (201 Dayton Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08108). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
