He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ofeldt and Mary Ofeldt; and his brother John Ofeldt. He is survived by: his siblings, Eileen Mathis (William) and Robert Ofeldt (Marie) of Suffern, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Kelly, Ryan and Sean.
