He is survived by: his parents, Dominic Onofrio and Susan Onofrio (Schuda); his siblings, Jeffrey of Marlton and Lisa Larsen of Mt Laurel; his nephews, Dominic, Drew Onofrio and James Larsen; and his niece Maddie Larsen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and so many friends.
