She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Ballato and Suzanne Scortino Ballato. She is survived by: her husband Louis Neal; and her siblings, Marie Reed (Don), Suzanne Steffen (Dave), Victor Ballato (Jeanette) and Donald Ballato (Sharon). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
