It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie M. Knight of Ocean City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles J Lynch and Henry Knight; her parents, Harry McClaren and Edna McClaren; and her brothers, Harry, Joe and Bill.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Colleen Bygott, Jeffrey Lynch, Brian Lynch, Casey Lynch, Megan DiGeorgio and Kelly Lynch; and her great grandchildren, Evie Bygott, Vivian Lynch and Lily Lynch.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo (644 South Shore Rd., Palermo, NJ 08223). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's RC Church of St. Damien Parish (1337 Asbury Ave, Ocean City, NJ 08226).
