She is survived by: her husband Chet Czerpak; her children, Christopher Czerpak (Melissa) and Kara Hannon (Jim); her grandchildren, Caroline, Drew, Rebecca, Alyssa and Jimmy; and her siblings, Francine DeSantis, Regina Aylmer and James Hannon.
