She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Swantek (Dan), Gail Della Fave (John) and Sharon Capizzi-Walsh (Jim); her grandchildren, Brittany Cates (Sara), Christopher Della Fave (Andrea), John Della Fave, Samantha Della Fave, Chelsea Moore (Tom), Conner Capizzi-Walsh and Avery Capizzi-Walsh; and her great grandchildren, Dean and John Rocco Della Fave.
