He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David L. Andrus and Bertha Morrison Andrus. He is survived by: his children, Kristine Gentilini (Paul) and John H. Andrus III (Rachel); his grandchildren, Reef and Skylar Gentilini; his close friend Natalie Reed; and his brothers, David L. Jr. (Edna), Bruce (Dawn) and Paul Andrus.
