“I learned of Dave's passing on Facebook, which, obviously I was saddened to hear. In 1964, I was a teammate of Dave's on St. Augustine's Little League baseball team and we won the championship that year due in large part to Dave. He was our best pitcher and hitter and, as I remember, a great teammate. I moved from OC a couple of years later and lost contact with Dave but I never forgot him. Condolences.”
