He is survived by: his children, Robert Hoffman, Dawn Hoffman and Bryan Hoffman (Christa); his grandchildren, Kyle, Maxwell and Samson; his siblings, Robert Hoffman (Henrietta) and John Hoffman (Judy); and his daughter Joann Nardi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
