He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Pregartner; his children, Kelly (Anthony Bellucci), Stacy Pregartner, Jason Pregartner, Natalie, Matt Ceci, Richard Pregartner, Jr. (Kate) and Doug (Mary Mealo); and his brothers, Douglas, Theodore Jr. and John Pregartner. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes - Oaklyn (400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ 08107). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
