He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Hemmings; his children, Karon Brown (George), Gregory Hemmings (late Mary Jane), David Hemmings and Kevin Hemmings (Morenike); and his parents, Jessie Fassett and David Miller. He was also cherished by 4 great grandchildren, his brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
