She was predeceased by: her son Douglass Fernandez; and her sisters, Ruth Williamson and Bunny Carrigan. She is survived by: her husband Guy D. Fernandez; her daughter Donna Evans (Dan); her grandchildren, J. J. and Jason; her great grandchild Arden; and her sister Eileen Wawrzynek.
