He was predeceased by: his parents, George Middleton and Helen Middleton; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Middleton (Deborah) and Scott Middleton (Robin); his sister Gloria Brown; his grandchildren, Scott, Ryan, Rebecca and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Quinn and Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
