He was predeceased by: his wife Rose; his parents, Lucia Colangelo and Leonardo Colangelo; his siblings, Rose Giordano, Frances Cialdella, Leonard Colangelo, Elizabeth Busch and Joseph Colangelo; his grandson Adam Colangelo; and his great grandchildren, Michael Anthony Colangelo and Dominic Carl Hibbs.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Petruncio, Andrew, Leonard Colangelo and Lisa; his siblings, Carmela Narciso, Salvatore Colangelo and Irene Monoyios; his grandchildren, Erik Hibbs, Melissa, Jeffrey Hibbs, Ashley, Kelly Colangelo, Michael Colangelo, Anat, Timmy Colangelo, Brianna and Anthony Colangelo; and his great grandchildren, Rosalina, Brayden, Nicholas, Chloe and Luciano Hibbs.
