As Therese departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Therese. Though Therese may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Grohs; and her son Donald J. Grohs Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jane Karp of Montclair, Dolores Amesbury and Therese Hurter. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
Before the Covid pandemic, she was a member of St. Mary's parish in Pompton Lakes.
