He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dominick Scala and Marie Scala (Legrotagglie); his wife Kathleen Scala (Smith) of Oakland; his children, Elizabeth Benducci (Dan), Hugh Scala and Adam; and his grandchildren, Arabella, Julianna, Talia and Aidan.
