He is survived by: his wife Judy Fernandez; his children, Odalis Jose Fernandez, Judilis Fernandez and Jacoby Fernandez; his daughter-in-law Gabriela Cruz-Jaquez; and his parents-in-law, Jose and Nelci Bautista.
