She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lockwood and Eliza Lockwood; her husband William J O'Brien Jr. (Bill); her siblings, George, William Lockwood, Gracia, Frances and Josephine Lockwood; and her daughters, Katherine, Agnes and Grace O'Brien.

She is survived by: her children, Henry O'Brien, John O'Brien, Edward O'Brien, Matthew O'Brien, TrudyLynne O'Brien (William) and Joann Bowell Patricia Reed. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nine greatgrandchildren and many nieces nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
