He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred B. Holmes and Walter L. Pawlukanis; and his brother Joseph Palakanis. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Pawlukanis; his children, Theresa Goodwin (David), Walter "Marty" Pawlukanis (Tracy), Damian Pawlukanis (Laura) and Amy Gondek (Joseph); his grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Haley of Megan, JT, Owen and Tessa; and his great grandchild Michala.
