He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Barbara; and his father-in-law Anthony Cretello. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Tommy (Rebecca) and Anthony; his siblings, Frank (Gloria), Debbie Patella (Mat) and Linda DeVito (Ralph); his mother-in-law Mary Cretello; and his sister-in-law Jean Fischer (Skip). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Tom had two last requests; please no flowers, but instead to make a donation in his name to the Lustgarten Foundation and to dress comfortably at his wake.
