He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor O'Keefe (Kniepp) and William O'Keefe; and his siblings, Maryann Boyce, Walter O'Keefe, Patrick O'Keefe and Johnny O'Keefe.
He is survived by: his wife Anne O'Keefe; his children, Michael O'Keefe (Karen) of Beachwood, NJ, Korin Modoni (Joseph) of Eatontown, NJ and Kiara Acker (James) of Keansburg; his grandchildren, Jaime, Joey, Madison and Graylynn; and his siblings, William, James, Margaret, Peter, Marie, Patricia, Eleanor, Paula and Raymond. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
