He is survived by: his wife Jean Caltabilota; his siblings, Peggy Mazza of Ocean, NJ and Frank Caltabilota; his children, Diane Avallone of Wall, Arthur Caltabilota (Janine DeMonico), East Windsor, Lisa Hayes (Caltabilota), Fran Hayes of West Allenhurst, Anthony J. Caltabilota, Jr. and Tinton Falls; and his grandchildren, Katie Caltabilota, Brandon Caltabilota (Andrea), Michael Avallone (Lauren), Jordan Avallone, Tyler, Connor, Trevor, Alexa Hayes, Jamie Caltabilota and Gia Caltabilota.
