She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hackett; her daughters, Cheryl Johnstone (Frank) and Dana Ferrari (Dennis); her grandchildren, Ashley Johnstone, Carly Ferrari, Anthony Ferrari and Rylee Ferrari; and her brothers, Bruce Van Zutphen (Susan) and Roger Van Zutphen (Ann).
