He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Freeman and Joseph Freeman; and his siblings, Clifford Freeman and Janice Lach. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his stepson Frank Santora; his daughter Linda Yarosh; his son-in-law Victor; his grandchildren, Amanda, Erik, Danika and Peter Yarosh; and his siblings-in-law, Paul and Judy Yates. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
