He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; and his son Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Fairview, NJ, Kathleen Marxen (James), Debra Matluk (Robert), Susan Sotkovsky (Mark) and Jo-Ann Costantino (Anthony); his daughter-in-law Valerie Ambrosio; his siblings, Anthony, Mario, Joseph and Mary Divock; his grandchildren, Lucas, Jesse, Lance, Paul, Jillian, Nicole, Victoria, Danielle, Michael, David, Katie, Ryan, Matthew, Kelsey and Lindsey; and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Silas, Alexandria, Desmond, Emelia and Danny.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
