He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Souza; his wife Michelle; his son Samuel, Jr.; his stepchildren, Sean McGrady and Allison Burns; his siblings, Christopher Souza and Karen Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Sean, Mia, Rory, Isla and Jada. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
