He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Scarola and Stella Scarola (Giancaspro); his wife Joanne; and his brothers, Anthony, Nicholas and Ralph Scarola.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Salerno, Nancy Scarola (Thomas SanGiacomo), Annette Murphy (Kevin) and Linda Batson (Stephen); his grandchildren, Steven Salerno (Stephanie), Matthew Scarola (Jackie), Kasey Murphy (Thomas Amarante), Kelly Murphy, Max Batson, Michael Murphy and Ben Batson; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Emily and Rocco.
