He is survived by: his family, Sherrie, Jay, Natalie and Roo; his wife Sherrie Tolve; his children, Jay Tolve Jr. and Natalie Tolve; his parents, Gerard Tolve and Genevieve Tolve; and his siblings, Greg Tolve (Sandy) and Joy Intindola (Brian). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
