She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Michele Fortunato, Annette DeWarns, Paula Beliveau, Joseph Fortunato, Jr. and Diane; her grandchildren, Kelly, Tommy of Christopher, JP, Matthew, Emma, Megan, Gianna and Nicolette; and her siblings, Debra Hascup, Edward Dyczewski, Dennis Dyczewski and Stella Kozireski. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
