He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Cullari; and his son-in-law John Ottati. He is survived by: his daughters, Coleen Ottati, Maureen Mancuso (Peter) and Cindy Immediato; his siblings, Fiore Cullari (Marianne), Annette Zelinski (Paul) and Roger Cullari (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Bud MacFarlane (Pat) and Betty Ann Strawhorn (Bob); and his grandchildren, Michael Mancuso (Lauren), Carmine Ottati, Michelle Mancuso, Marc Immediato (Chrystal) and Nick Immediato.
