With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Gorant of Norwood, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joyce shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joyce farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Gorant; her parents, Hubert Plaster and Olga Hwalko; and her siblings, Gary Plaster and Joanne Rieselman.
She is survived by: her stepmother Antonia Plaster; her sister Debra LaPoma (Victor); her niece Savannah Dolianitis (Constantine); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mick and Mila; her stepbrother Dominick Matteo (Jean); and also, Michael, Danielle and Joseph.
