He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, John Parvis (Viktoria), Joseph Parvis (Patricia), Julie Connor (Matthew) and Joan Pantina (William Casalino); his grandchildren, Jillian SaSala, Danielle Parvis, Jessica Parvis, Amanda Parvis-Lanzo, Jimmy Pantina, Christopher Sanchez, Nicholas Parvis, Jena Pantina and Ryan Connor; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Austin, Christian, Cooper, Julianna and Liam.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Jack's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 1000.
