He is survived by: his brother Bryan Wiggins of Lower Township, NJ.; his sisters-in-law, Maureen Wiggins and Susan Wiggins of Lower Township, NJ; his nieces, Andrea Deason of St. Augustine, FL, Elizabeth Wiggins of Northfield, NJ and Jillian Wiggins of Lewes, DE.; and his nephew Emmitt Wiggins of Lower Township, NJ. He is also survived by many Aunts, cousins and friends.
