He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Carey; and his siblings, Joseph Carey, Thomas Carey (Regina) and Marianne Bedesem (Richard). He is survived by: his spouse Judith (Pancoast); his parent Alice Carey (Dowd); his children, William Francis, Jr. (Lucia), Judith III (Frank William), Anthony, Joseph (Valerie), Mary Kate (Anthony Joseph), Margaret (Jason) and Alice; his grandchildren, Joseph, Clare, John Paul, Frank William IV, Jacqueline, Sophia, Margaret, Sean, Tony, Anna, Genevieve, Jude, Adlai, Mary, Sammy, Ava, Audrey, William Francis III and Luke; and his siblings, Alice Whalen Carey (late Thomas) and John (Regina).
