She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond, Jr. Adams and Carol Adams; and her brother Clifford Adams. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Van Sant (Lauren) and Christopher Van Sant (Portia); and her granddaughter Elaine Van Sant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
