The memory of Selma Portnoy of Northfield, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on June 14, 2024 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Selma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Selma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pliskin and Gussie Pliskin; her brother Irving Pliskin; and her husband Milton. She is survived by: her sons, Barry (Nancy) and Robert (Lee); and her grandsons, Gavin (Lily), Andy (June) and Benjamin. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
