He was predeceased by: his parents, Feliciano Manuel and Pilar Manuel (De Leon); and his sisters, Esther Gontenas and Gloria Purificacion. He is survived by: his wife Emily Manuel (Tuason); his daughters, Elyrose Vallese (Vincent), Lauren Reese (Thomas), Elise Manuel (Christopher Miller) and April Manuel; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Lennon, Vivienne, William, Thomas and Bodhi; his brothers, Reynaldo Manuel (Cecilia), Romeo Manuel (Emie), Renato Manuel (Antonette), Mario Manuel (Lilia) and Richard Manuel (Maria Luisa); and his nephew William Weaver.
He was a member of the AARC and the Bataan Association Foundation.
