Clarence Lilley and Doris Marie Blount; and his siblings-in-law, Iris "Cathy" Butts, Emma Jean Ridley, Margaret Murphy, Patricia "Patty" Williams, Victoria "Vicky" Cottman, Sarah Gardenia Lilley and Will Blount (Leonard "Lenny" Davis).
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Sherri" Cottman Lilley of Atlantic City; his stepchildren, Alvin Waters (Joanne) of Willingboro, Anitra Waters of Philadelphia, PA, James "Scooby" Bettis (Torina) of Atlantic City and Johnnie "Pint" Bettis of Winston Salem, NC; his siblings-in-law, Tillie Mae "Tee" Sonera, Bertha Cottman, Lena Cottman of Atlantic City, Gloria Jones (Fred) of Atlantic City, Vernay "Nay" Cottman of Galloway, Richard Murphy and Israel "Bubba" Cottman, Jr. of Harrisburg, PA; his nephew Clarence Mujahid Ali of Montclair; his nieces, Denise Ann Lilley-Stewart of Philadelphia, PA and Sarah Gardenia Jordan of Rutherford, NJ; and his friends, Henry "Fris" Frisby (Marie) of Philadelphia, PA, Ronald "Mort" Oliver (Anna) of Sicklerville and Florence Davis of Bronx, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
